Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

 

            This research consists of three objectives. They are to study (1) Dhammadhipateyya principles in the doctrine of Theravada Buddhism, (2) the principle of local administrative organization management and (3) the management of local administrative organizations based on  the doctrine of Dhammadhipateyya  in  Theravada  Budhhism.

          The results are found as follows:

Dhammadhipateyya considers Dhamma as a main part. In other words,Dhamma is  hold as the principle of administrative management. This word (Dhammadhipateyya) comes from the word “Thama + sovereignty which. According to this meaning, Dhamma is very vital no matter, the system, or administrative needs Dhamma as a leader of administration system.

The Principles of governing the administration of the local government to central government authority are to decentralize the local government units to let the local people to have their own power. Or part of the local administration in accordance with the principle that  the power of administration comes from local residents. Local governments are required to have their own organization. Caused by the power of the federal government. The organization is not a part of the government. The structure of local administrative consists of 1) the planning principle 2) organizing principles. 3) The command of administration, 4) the coordination and 5) the principles that control the operation. The administration is working with the group. Resource management to achieve a common goal. Also important to know the benefits. Limitations and difficulties of participative management to be able to apply appropriate and beneficial to the organization.

Management by local governments Dhammadhipateyya in Theravada Buddhism is found that the current local government organization is focused on achievement. Policies set forth in the administrative structure, but the problem is that the plan as a whole. organization. Mastery Coordination controls imbalance. Therefore, the management needs of the underserved and the complaint in many of which the administration is not clear to the workload, so if the main Dhammadhipateyya the integration and application of the local government ethics. Ethical conduct for management and staff along with the honesty. This means that People  participate in policy ahead. The main Dhammadhipateyya is the public administration is ready to have a reason. In addition, all parties can express their ideas. Supervisor is required to listen to subordinates. When an organization is managed with integrity. Ethics as a work load of the 5 areas will be carried out to link it to the people who come to enjoy a pleasant. and memorable thing. Thus, the last local government will achieve the administration according to the set up plan, and policy.
