 1) The administration of the Sangha Community had existed since the  Buddha’s time. The main principle for administration is doctrine (Dhamma) and
discipline (Vinaya). The Buddha governed Sangha Community by Dhammawise, which
involved Dhamma lecturing and discipline both for the governance of Sangha
Community and for the administering Buddhist religion. At present, the administration of
the Sangha Community in Thailand is done byCouncil of Sangha Elders’ regulations, the
fifteenth volume, the fifth part, on the subject of administering and management of the

Sangha Community such as the duties in governing Sangha Community and manage
concerning Buddhist religion. There are six facets of duties which are ; 1. Administration

 2) The results of comparing various ideas from monks towards Sangha’s  administration in applying the Four Holy Abidings of Sangha administrators in Thaluang
District, Lopburi Province, reveals that monks with different ages, vassals, qualification
in Dhamma Studies have same attitudes towards the administrations of Sangha

 3) The results of studying the problems, difficulties, and comments find that
most of the problems of monks under administration in applying the Four Holy Abidings
of Sangha administrators in Thaluang District, Lopburi Province, are due to lacks of
understanding Dhamma and Vinaya and Council of Sangha Elders’ Rules and
Regulations, lacks of knowledge and ability in administration and management within
the organizations as well as the administration does not let the monks and novices to
be involved in the setting of plans, rules, and regulations in various activities in the
administration. The Sangha Community is still short of personals in Education and the
promotion of Buddhism who have qualities and effectiveness and there is no office to
undertake any activity realistically therefore at is time to train and educate monks and
novices more to increase the quality and effectiveness to perform their work and
should spread the authority and duty allocating the activities to cover all the areas.
Moreover, the work should be performed systematically, same direction, and with
common network by applying the most knowledgeable and able personnel with their
utmost intelligences. All personals should be improved in behaviors in accordance with
Dhamma and Vinaya, to be endurance, sharing, work hard.
The monks who behave well and good and perform duties constantly so  that all there will amount to the well-being and stability of Buddhist Religion in the
future.
