ABSTRACT

The study entitled ‘The Academic Administration of Wat Madue School of Bang BuathongDistrict in Nontha Buri Province under the Administrative Organization of  Nontha Buri Province’ was aiming to study the Academic administration of Wat Madue School of Bang Buathong District in Nontha Buri Province under the Administrative Organization of  Nontha Buri Province and to study the Academic administration process of Board of Directors and teachers of Wat Madue School of Bang Buathong District in Nontha Buri Province under the Administrative Organization of  Nontha Buri Province. This study was a survey research in nature. The sample of the study included 186 Admistrators, teachers and inhabitants dwelling nearby the school. The tool of data collection was a questionnaire with the reliable rate of 0.833.  Statistics used for the data analysis included Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation,  t-test,  One-Way  Analysis  of  Variance: F-test and  Least Significant.Difference:.LSD based on the ready-made computer programme. The study were as follows:   

1. The most respondents were female that were 139 persons with 74.7 %. Out of these 118 respondents were below 30 years old that were  63.4 %. The most 85 respondents finished  an Educational qualification below a Bachelor degree that were 45.7 %. The majority of them  had 1-5 years of working experience  that were 102 persons with 54.8 %. Out of all 152 respondents were inhabitants who were dwelling nearby the school with 81.7 %.

2.  Regarding the opinion of respondents on the Academic administration of Wat Madue School of Bang Buathong District in Nontha Buri Province under the Administrative Organization of  Nontha Buri Province it was generally found that it was more. While considering each aspect it was found that the respondents’ opinion was more in all the aspects.
