Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

 

The main objectives of this research is: i) to study the development of human resources according Trisikkha of Community Learning Center, Amphoe Phon,  Khon Kaen province; ii) to compare ideas against the development of human resources according Trisikkha of Community Learning Center, Amphoe Phon,  Khon Kaen province,  by personal factors; and  iii) to study problems, barriers, and provide guidelines for the development of human resources according Trisikkha of Community Learning Center, Amphoe Phon,  Khon Kaen province. The sample of this study consisted of 333 students, teachers and staff of community learning centers in Amphoe Phon,  Khon Kaen province, drawn from 1,957 population by Cluster sampling technique. Tool used for collecting the data was questionnaire with the reliability value equal to 0.939. The data analysis was employed by using ready-made for social science research. Statistics used to analyze data were the frequency,  percentage, average and standard deviation. To compare the opinions of the population towards the development of human resources according Trisikkha of Community Learning Center, Amphoe Phon,  Khon Kaen province, the employed statistics were   t-test,  the analysis of variance (One way analysis of variance) and Least Significant Difference: LSD.

 

The Findings of the research were concluded as follows:

1. The overall opinions of the population towards the development of human resources according Trisikkha of Community Learning Center, Amphoe Phon,  Khon Kaen province were found at the high level (  = 3.88). When taken into each aspect, it was noticed that morality (training, development of behavior) was found at highest mean (  = 3.94), while wisdom( intelligence development) was noted at lowest mean (  = 3.82).

2. The results of a comparison of students Teachers and staff to develop human resources in Trisikkha by gender, age, income level, education and health professions, it was found that no significant differences even at 0.05 level, thus rejecting the formulated hypotheses.

3. Regarding to problems and obstacles relating to the development of human resources according Trisikkha of Community Learning Center, Amphoe Phon,  Khon Kaen province, it was noticed that: i) General tend to have time to work very rarely and  have no time to practice Dharma, ii) they were somewhat rash, control no emotions, no work concentration and short meditation; iii) lack of personnel in the development of youth in the field of the wisdom at the community centers.

4. Suggestions and guidelines for the development of human resources according Trisikkha need to add the development clearly to a process of complete development. According to the development of a new generation to meet objectives and goals set by the principles of morality, concentration and wisdom, i.e. to develop the body, the minds and  the wisdom that can be applied to the development of human resources as the main Trisikkha in Community Learning Centers in Amphoe Phon,  Khon Kaen province.
