Abstract

       This research consisted of three main objectives, namely, 1) to study the theories of the management of human resource development, 2 ) to study the management of human resource development according to Brahmavihara IV of Join and Coin Corporation Co,. LTD., and 3) to study the problems and approaches in the management of human resource development according to Brahmavihara IV of Join and Coin Corporation Co., LTD.

The samples used in this study consisted of 150 executives and employees being drawn by random sampling techniques. The tool used for data collection was questionnaire with reliability value equal to 0.9507.  The statistical techniques used for this research are  frequency, mean, and standard deviation.  Inferential statistics of t-test and F-test were used to determine the differences in mean scores of both groups, and One-way ANOVA was used to determine the mean scores among three groups or more.  Finally, the Least Significance Difference (LSD) was employed to test the differences between means of each pair.  
The results are concluded as follows:
1. The theories of the management of human resource development consisted of seven steps i.e. planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating,  reporting, and budgeting. 
2. The overall management of human resource development according to Brahmavihara IV of Join and Coin Corporation Co,. LTD. have found at the high level (3.58). When having considered in each aspect, it has noted at the high levels in all aspects ranging from the most to the least in terms of mean scores: sympathetic joy (Mudita), loving-kindness (Metta), compassion (Karuna), and equanimity (Upekkha), respectively.
3. Regarding comparison of the management of human resource development according to Brahmavihara IV of Join and Coin Corporation Co,. LTD., classified by personal factors, it has found that   sex, education, occupation and monthly income have significant differences at 0.05 level of confidence, thus accepting the formulated  hypotheses. While age has no significant difference even at 0.05 level of confidence, therefore, rejecting the set hypothesis.  
4. Relating to problems and suggestions for the management of human resource development according to Brahmavihara IV of Join and Coin Corporation Co,. LTD., it has revealed that personnel development plan is unclear, the opportunity to create more engaging, technology is not enough to work, Incentives and morale to work is less, not appropriate to use the knowledge, and lack of recognition for good work, budget is not equal in each division.
For suggestions, it is indicated that  executives have to develop an effective plan, opportunities have be opened  to all staffs, mission planning of personnel should be administered with justice without bias, companies should be encouraged staffs to offer their own development needs, the budget will be used in the development of various morale, budgets are allocated to support the development of staff and personnel in distress levels with joy, executives and staff are encouraged to participate in the work for performance, and criteria to evaluate the performance of the staff and personnel in advance and fairness.
