Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

The objective of this research were 1). Study of the general condition of the personnel department of Energy Business and Energy. 2). Buddhist Studies Concepts and theories related to the development of human resources of the Department of Energy.  3). Present a model to develop the human resources of the Department of Energy.  Data collected by questionnaire and analyze the data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation. They were collected through in-depth interviews. Data collected by questionnaire ๒๐๐ of ๔๐๐ samples. The respondents Moderate comments In the development of people management. The group of executives reply depth interviews and experts from academia about ๑๗ replies.
