ABSTRACT

This Dissertation is of the objectives 1.To study the system of the administration of the human resources in Buddhism according to the  Buddhist principles 2.To study the system of administration of the standard quality ISO 9001:2008 3.To apply the Doctrinal principle to the administration of the human resources according to the Buddhist principle to develop the human resources to the system of standard quality ISO 9001:2008.

This study is an analysis based  on both quantitative and qualitative one concerning the Tripataka, the commentaries, the connected Literature, and the exemplary groups of 60 person of Klonkij Intertrade Company.

From the study it is found that in the human resources management according to the Buddhist doctrinal principle, the Buddha administrated the human resource with regard to the Dharma in order to get the benefit  and the peace in the organization. The Sangha Organization with the Hall of truth is the process of choosing a person and developing the threefold training to train an independent person to have the moral conduct, the concentration and the wisdoms. Then,  to lay down the administrating of policy to a spiritual teacher to train a monk who lives under him as his own father and takes responsibility for the requisite need. The Buddha has set up a case of dispute to be an act when the monk is in an appropriate act by enacting the Dhama , and Vinaya in order to cause the monk  behave according to the right practice.

The Buddha appointed an expert by considering the individually capable person to help in the administrating and the spreading of Buddhism to be the benefit to the people to obtain peace in the societies.

The human resource development in Buddhism  is the developing of the minds and wisdoms to be of virtue and morality to cause the group of people to be happy and good.

With the substantial Dhammas  the Noble Eightfold Path, 6Sārāniyadhammas 4Brahmavihāras, 4Sangahavatthus and,  4Iddhipādas etc.

The administration of the present human resource is the process of examining, choosing, training and, developing including the solution of problems within the organization such as the confliction and the administration within the organization to achieve the goal. The system of administrating, and the standard quality of ISO 9001:2008 are of the aim to help the personality to be of the ability in working with the best education, the training, the skills, and the experience. There must be the fixation of the competency in working. The personnel must have the training course, TQC/TQM, PDCA, KAIZEN and apply 5 S. ( Seiri Seiton Seiso Seiketsu Shitsuke )

From the SWOT analysis of Klonkij Intertrade company about the human resource development, it is found that the majority of workers have the high conflict and the rake of ethics.

Therefore, the doctrinal principles must be applied by using Catu-Brahmavihāra, Catu-Sangahavatthu, and Catu-Iddhipāda for training and human developing in the organization with the training model TMD ( T=technique, M=management, D=Dhamma ), so there are three times in the pattern of TMD by Pre-Test before training and Post-Test after training. From the result of Pre-Test and Post-Test, it is found that the staff of the company such as the executive, the manager department, the foreman and the workers have developed more virtue, morality, unity, ethics and  better result of working.

From the researches, it is shown that the application of the Dharma integration to the human resources in the pattern of TMD is of a good result. Lt is proved that the human resource management according to Buddhism and ISO system can lead to increase the efficiency, the productivity and the result of happy performance and continuity of self development.

Therefore, TMD (TMD Model) can be presentable to the integration of the organization concerning to the human resource development. Thus, concerning to any authorities such as the organization that apply for the ISO standard of certifications and the organization that apply for the ISO standard would set up TMD training to personnel by concerning to the integration of Buddhist from now on.
