The purpose of this research was; 1) to study the responsibility  of academic administrations  for early childhood in Muang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat. 2) to compare the responsibility  of academic administrations  for early childhood in Muang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat  by age, work experience, position of the administration staff. 3) to study the guidelines suggested to promote the administration of the office of private education in Muang district,Nakhon Si Thammarat. The Office in questionemploys 127 people. The sample test set up, using Krejcie and Morgan, answering questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were, percentage, mean, standard deviation, the     t-test and the F-test which compared with LSD, ( Least Significant Difference)

The research found;

1) The Administration combined 4 aspects in the highest level, sorted by average decending, the highest average was for the development of innovation and technology, followed  by research and development  of  educational curriculum. The lowest average was the  teaching  management..

          2) The comparison the responsibility of academic administrations for early childhood in Muang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat  between age, work experience showed  a level of 0.5, showing no statistically significant difference.

3) The suggestions regarding approaches to Early Childhood education show that the highest point was the development of media technology and innovation in Education. Especially the supply of modern media and technology for the use in teaching,  producing  or  developing  media  and  innovation  for  a  qualified  teaching. Lastly  the  educational  analysis  of  the  need  in  applying  media in  teaching  management.
