This research the use of Brahmavihara 4 for personel administration in primary school, thonburi district, Bangkok metropolitan. There were these ofjectives as follow:

1.       to study the Brahmavihara 4 principles in personel administration with primary school, thonburi district, bangkok metropolitan.

2. to study the problems and obstacles in the Brahmavihara 4 principles in personnel administration with primary school, tonburi dristrict, Bangkok metropolitan and the population to use in research such as the administrators and teachers to do duties in the primary school 134 persons, 6 school to collect  datas for research by using statistics pereutage and standard devition.

The research’s results as followin:

1. The data analysis’s result of administrators and teachers with the viewpoint in the Brhahmavihara 4 principles, 4 totality images in the most lerel.

The range is the loving and equanimity kindness and then sympathetic joy, compassion

2. Viewpoint’s comparative result with the Brahmavihara 4 principles in primary school administration. 4 totality  images according to sex, age, education qualification, work experience, working position in the most i,e, the loving-kindness sympathetic joy, compassion and equanimity differently in accordance with the based hypothesis of Brahmavihara 4 principles methodology to use administrators’ Brahmavihara principles administrators’ the loving-kindness was the administrators to make the unity in the personel administration in the working, the compassion was the administrators should give the work counselliny personel them certainly, the sympathetic joy was the administrators should support the personnel to get higher position and equally properly and the equanimity was the administrators whom they should justify to all of personel equally in working.
