This thesis Qualitative Research the objectives of the research are as follows; 1) To study the problems of monks in Buriram Province; 2) To study the principle of Saraniyadhamma and the principle of unity in Theravada Buddhism. The researcher studied the data collected from the documents classified into categories then creates an interview form for the expert to verify then interview the group of people involved 30 monks in Buriram Province.

             The results of this thesis were found as follows

             The problem with the monks in Buriram province is the rule. Monks lack cooperation. Waiting for orders from the bosses. And to work for praise. Religious education the monk who ordained little. And the priests came and did not believe. The priests lacked the money to pay for education. And lack of government support. Problem of education Monks play a role in schools too. This is why they do not help in this regard. Can i help Propaganda issues Priests lack the skills to preach the teachings of Buddhism. Problems and causes of lack of concise zodiac. The problem is that the monks lack mercy. Lack of sacrifice and too much self-interest.
