The objectives of this research study are : (1) to study development of public work in Buddhism, (2) to study administration of public work of Saṅgha Council in Srisaket Province, (3) to analyze the model of the public work administration development of Saṅgha Council in Srisaket Province. The research methodology was the qualitative research, collecting data from documents and 18 key informants by in-depth-interview.
