This research has two objectives: (1.) To study English speaking skill of elementary school students grade 6 at Paknamphangnua  school, Talingchan District , Bangkok.  (2.) To analyse problems and to suggest guildline in developing English learning   by emphasizing on English speaking skill of elementary school students grade 6 at Paknamphangnua school , Talingchan District , Bangkok . 10 students. This research uses surveying method by depending upon the tool used in research for collecting  data: using Questionnaire, scale 5 levels average, in confidence = 0.903, statistic used in analyzing data is to find out frequency value, percentage , average    ( ) standard Deviation and T-test and F-test and how to test of each pair with method       

             Research result was found that 

             1. The elementary school students grade 6 have opinion about English study emphasizing on speaking skill of elementary school students, at wat Paknamphargnua school, Talingchan District, Bangkok. Fhysically  research is a good Quality, when taking it into consideration in each part it was found that students have individual differences in sex, age, and level of class, which has opinion on English learning of elementary school students grade 6. They are different with important implication by statistic level 0.05.   

             2. Comparative result of opinion level of students on English learning by emphasizing on English speaking skill of elementary school students grade 6, wat Paknamphangnua school, Taling Chan Distinct, Bangkok. It was found that students who have difference in sex, age, and class level level, had opinion on English learning in elementary school grade 6 level, they had important implication difference of statistic at 0.05.     

              3. The results of studying of problems and obstacles as well as suggestion about English learning by emphasizing on speaking skill of elementary school grade 6, at wat Paknamphangnua , Taling Chan District, Bangkok.

             3.1.) Having Known how to learn English of elementary school students grade 6 at wat Paknamphangnua, Taling Chan, Bangkok.

             3.2.) Having known about development of English of elementary school students grade 6 at wat Paknamphangnua, Taling Chan, Bangkok.  

             3.3.) To tell guildline in more English Learning more

             3.4.) Having known the condition of problem of   English Learning and advice how to solve deficiency of students who study at elementary school, wat Paknamphangnua, Taling Chan, Bangkok.
