The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the management of public welfare of  Phrabatnampu temple in Lopburi province,  2) to study the opinions comparison of the community people towards management of public welfare of  Phrabatnampu temple in Lopburi province, classified by personal data, 3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions on the management of public welfare of  Phrabatnampu temple in Lopburi province.

                 The research methodology was the mixed methods research by quantitative research  which used the survey  research from the questionnaire by collected the data from the sampling group as the 100000 people who came to Phrabatnampu temple in Lopburi province. The statistics for data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, with one-way analysis of variance, t-test and F-test. The  statistics for analysis the management  of public welfare of  Phrabatnampu temple in Lopburi province was the test of value by and qualitative research was in-depth interviews with key informants for supporting the  quantity data.

The findings of research were as follows :

                 1. The management of public welfare of  Phrabatnampu temple in Lopburi province. The overall was at a high level ( =4.50), it showed the problem solution of Phrabatnampu temple’s executive from the past that the villagers hated the Aids patients and expelled the abbot to move from the temple and inform the police to manage him but at the present , the situation  becomes the high faith in the community of Lopburi province and general people come to donate money and things..

                 2. The findings of the comparison of personnel to management of public welfare of  Phrabatnampu temple in Lopburi province, classified by different status like sex, age, educational level, income   and career, had the opinions towards management of public welfare of  Phrabatnampu temple in Lopburi province

                 3. Problems and obstacles about the management of public welfare of  Phrabatnampu temple in Lopburi province are to build the meditation practice center but now it becomes the storage room. Temples lack of personnel as monks to be the leader for meditation practice and public relations to invite the general people and information about the sexual intercourse causing of Aids that happens with children and general people that the danger of Aids increases every year. It shows that the public relation of government agency is not interested in this matter and the practical asset, Subdistrict administrative organization lacks of the plan for human resource management and strategy for real practice and new project as the center for narcotics patients treatment, lack of specialist personnel for data searching and government advise , even though temples will make the usefulness for society until becomes famous but the impact of Aids patients treatment is sensitive. However, by the nature, every one fears the death and would not like to involve the diseases that it has the impact on personnel creation of Phrabathnampu temple that it is very hard to find the personnel who have the hospitality and sacrifice in the public welfare rarely more than other temples that must have Plan 1, Plan 2 and Plan 3 for personnel creation.
