The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the Management Development of provincial Meditation Centers in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan province (2) to study comparison study Management Development of provincial Meditation Centers in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, and (3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions for Management Development of provincial Meditation Centers in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan province in this study was was mixed methods research fonhad Field data collection from religious practitioners in the provincial office in Bangsaphan district Prachuapkhirikhan province. The researcher used the formula of Taro Yamane, whose population is the coordinator of the Dharma Center and the number of meditation practitioners in the amount of 1,596 people, therefore, gained the size of the sample group of 320 people who used the questionnaire as at the tool for collecting data. The characteristics of the questionnaire were both closed and open ended. The researcher analyzed the data obtained, through the frequency, percentage, Standard Deviation: SD, testing the hypothesis by t-test and F-test One-way analysis of variance when finding differences Therefore comparing the differences in the average in pairs with the least significant difference LSD. The qualitative research wis through in depth interview of 9 abbots meditation master related persons

The Findings of research were as following:

1. Management Development of provincial Meditation Centers in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, overall, is at a high level. with an average of 3.85. When considering each aspect, it was found that the management aspect were at the moderate level with an average of 3.47, the other aspects were at high level .

2. The finding of the comparison of the level of Management Development of provincial Meditation Centers in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, according to the opinions of the practitioners, classified by personal status, found that personal status in sex and age of the participants had the opinion towards the Management Development of provincial Meditation Centers in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, with a significantly difference at the level of 0.05, which is in accordance with the hypothesis set. But personal status such as general education and religious education did not effect on different opinions.

3. Suggestions for the Management Development of provincial Meditation Centers in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, namely (1) The place aspect; should build and reconstruct the temple. The problem is lack of care. Therefore, need to have a policy to set up a supervisory board to have in responsible persons seriously (2) Personnel aspect; should have a policy to coordinate government and private agencies and National Buddhism Office (3) Management aspect; the problem is working unsystematically lack of maximum effectiveness in coordination. Therefore should coordinate with government and private agencies for seminars and invite academicians who have the knowledge and ability of personnel development and organizations for addition knowledge to temples.
