Guideline for the Development of Executive Attributes according to the Brahmavihara 4, Primary Schools Phrapradaeng District Samutprakan Province

Abstract

The main objectives of this research were: 1) to study the executive attributes according to the Brahmavihara 4, primary schools Phrapradaeng District Samutprakan Province 2) To propose guidelines for the development of executive attributes according to the Brahmavihara 4, primary schools Phrapradaeng District Samutprakarn Province. It was survey research together with In-depth Interview, which was a mixed methodology research between quantitative and qualitative research. The data were collected by using questionnaires with samples of teachers in primary schools Phrapradaeng District Samutprakan Province, number were 226 persons by purposive sampling method. The implements for this research were questionnaires. Statistical analysis was the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.) and using t-test. One-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA).

 

                  The result had found that:

              1. The opinions on the development of executive characteristics according to the Brahmavihara 4, primary schools Phrapradaeng District Samutprakarn Province, found that personnel had opinions on the development of executive attributes according to the Brahmavihara 4, primary schools. Phrapradaeng District Samutprakan Province, in overall and in all aspects at a high level.

              2. The results comparison of the opinions of personnel towards the development of executive attributes according to the Brahmavihara 4, primary schools Phrapradaeng District Samutprakarn Province, Classified by personal factors, found that personnel with gender, age, education level and different work experiences, having opinions on the development of executive attributes according to the Brahmavihara 4, primary schools Phrapradaeng District Samutprakan Province, by overall, significantly different at the level of 0.05

              3. The suggestions on the development of executive attributes according to the Brahmavihara 4, primary schools Phrapradaeng District Samutprakan Province, found that,       1) Mettã: Administrators should have assignments that match the knowledge and ability. And should have advice, suggestions, correct work methods, 2) Karunã: Administrators should provide advice and support to solve problems with correct and appropriate methods and should provide opportunities for those who have lower performance than the assessment standard Improve yourself and join the event, 3) Mudita: Administrators should support and encourage the opportunity to promote or adjust the level of competency and should always be congratulated when receiving awards or special bonuses to subordinates, and 4) Aupekkha: Administrators should trust neutral and ordered work under the jurisdiction and duties as appropriate and should have a general meeting create understanding and fair evaluation.
