Abstract

The main objectives of this research were: 1) to study the problems of moral development of lower secondary school students Office of Samutprakan Educational Service Area 6. 2) To compare the opinions on the moral development of junior high school students Samutprakan Educational Service Area 6, that classified by personal factors. 3) To propose guidelines for moral development of junior high school students Samutprakan Educational Service Area 6. It was a survey research and in-depth interview which has a mixed methodology research between quantitative research and qualitative research. The sample group of 379 persons by Simple Random Sampling method. The machine was used for collecting data and questionnaire. The statistics were used for analysis namely frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.) and t-test. One-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA)

                  The results were found as follows:

              1. Opinions of moral development of lower secondary school students Office of Samutprakan Educational Service Area 6. It found that each and all over parts were at the moderate level.

              2. The comparative result for moral development of lower secondary school students Office of Samutprakan Educational Service Area 6, classify by each factor found that students had sex and different revel studied had the opinion for moral development of lower secondary school students Office of Samutprakan Educational Service Area 6  were not different.

              3. The suggestions for moral development of lower secondary school students Office of Samutprakan Educational Service Area 6, by overall found that they should have activities learning aimed at cultivating ethics and morals, then emphasizing the way of life of children. From their viewpoint of eating, listening to the development of skills in the field of the use of their bodies. Thinking of actions that benefit oneself and others to bring them into direct experience in Buddhist practical, such as participation in Buddhist Activities, Prayer, Meditation, Daily Practice Providing the child has a service to others, such as teacher services, senior services, or guests. Those who comes to visit the school. Washing dishes for friends Growing vegetables. Cooking or the use of music as a tool for children's learning. The story talking and the natural environment. Therefore, teachers or those interested in cultivating the virtues of children. There was necessary to study the essential concepts of these virtues to truly understand. Taking into account the nature of children's learning, and the interest in learning the child was different. The basis of the child and the surrounding environment were important. Then it was applied to the context or union of learning in the school. Teachers should mind that they were an important part of children's learning process. Need to practice self-purification. To be a good role model. Also, consider practice meditating on the true value of the virtues that need to be cultivated to happen with the child. Then it could be used effectively.
