The  purposes of  this  research are: 1) to study The Satisfaction of people towards the service applying the Four Sangahavatthus of Nakhon Sawan  Municipality Office,  2) to  compare the Satisfaction of people towards the service applying the Four Sangahavatthus of Nakhon Sawan Municipality Office classified by personal factors and 3) to study ways  to  apply  the Four Sangaha Vatthus us to develop the  service of Nakhon Sawan Municipality Office.

          This is a Quantitative Research based on Survey Research. The  Statistical  analysis  was employed  to calculate  the collected  data  as Percentage, Frequency, Mean  and  Standard  Deviation, t-test and One-way ANOWA

The results of the study were:       

The samples were 384 people receiving the service at Nakhon Sawan Municipality Office by the simple random sampling. The tool of the research was questionnaire with 0.94 of reliability by using program for Social Science research.

 Most of respondents or 54.7 percent are female, 42.2 percent aged between 20 – 35 years old. It was found that 32.8 percent of them finished bachelor degree. 29.4 percent worked as businessman and 37.2 percent have income 7,000 – 15,000 baht per month, Overall, the satisfaction of people towards the service applying the Four Sangahavatthus of Nakhon Sawan  Municipality  Office was in a very good level (  X =3.83). It was found that people satisfied with the service of Nakhon Sawan Municipality Office were high. For the comparison of opinions towards the satisfaction of people towards the service applying the Four Sangahavatthus of Nakhon Sawan Municipality office, it was found that people with different sex, age, education, income and occupation did not have different opinions.

          For the ways to apply the four Sanggahavatthus for the service of Nakhon Sawan Municipality Office, the authorities should pay attention to service, give people the useful suggestions, service people fast with kind speech and convenience, work hurriedly and have the quality of service, so the four Sangahavatthus is suitable for motivating the people to have high level of satisfaction towards the service of Nakhon Sawan Municipality  Office certainly.
