The purpose of this thesis as follows : 1) To study ethical behavior and discipline of mattayom students in Sirinthonvitayanusorn school nikhomlamdomnoi municipality Sirinthon district  Ubonratchathani province. 2) To compare the behavior and discipline of mattayom students in Sirinthonvitayanusorn school nikhomlamdomnoi municipality Sirinthom district Ubonratchathani province. Such as sex, age, education, GPA and guardian occupation, And 3) To study the recommendations about behavior and discipline of mattayom students in Sirinthonvitayanusorn school nikhomlamdomnoi municipality Sirinthom district Ubonratchathani province. For example, used in this research  was students grade 1-6 in 2009 amount 217 people. The tools used in this research estimated values 5 level. The discrimination between .86 - .93 and both of confidence value equal to .93 The data analyze using by computer readymade program. The statistic used in this research were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and t-test (One Way ANOVA). If the differences were significant statistically will test difference of the average is a pair with the methods of LSD (Least-Significant Different).

Results of the research were as follows:

1)   The study ethical behavior and discipline of mattayom students in Sirinthonvitayanusorn school nikhomlamdomnoi municipality Sirinthon district  Ubonratchathani province.,They were high levels , when considering fond tht also ignore the allurement which lead to ruin and a polite were high level. Their self-discipline and compassion at a moderate level.

2)   The comparison ethical behavior and discipline of mattayom students in Sirinthonvitayanusorn school nikhomlamdomnoi municipality Sirinthon district  Ubonratchathani province. Such as sex, age, education, GPA and guardian occupation differently have manner morality discipline behavior students, generally both of 4 aspects statistically significant for .05 level and consistent with the hypothesis Just analytical on the different are both parallels.  

3)   The recommendation about ethical behavior and discipline of mattayom students in Sirinthonvitayanusorn school nikhomlamdomnoi municipality Sirinthon district  Ubonratchathani province., they were important the students should a polite and not Bring foods come to eat in the room while teacher’s teaching. When adults Waked passes should to bend down for respect. And there was animals kindness does’s injure. Don’t abuse drugs alcohol.
